No. During your free trial, you get full access to all of ConnectSecure’s compliance, patching, and vulnerability management features. No credit card required.

Yes. As part of your free trial onboarding, you’ll install one lightweight agent on one endpoint.

From there, what you need depends on the functionality you want to evaluate during your ConnectSecure free trial.

For internal scanning, our onboarding wizard will walk you through the process of configuring that agent as a probe.

This will enable capabilities such as internal vulnerability, compliance, PII, and Active Directory scanning, as well as other network-based assessments.

If you want to take advantage of our OS patching capabilities, the agent must be installed on each device you want to patch.

External vulnerability scanning and the attack surface mapper can remotely scan externally accessible assets without any extra setup.

Don't worry. If you have any questions or need assistance during your trial, your Solutions Engineer will be happy to walk you through the setup process.

We hope that once you experience firsthand everything ConnectSecure has to offer, you’ll decide to become a partner. At that point, your Solutions Engineer will introduce you to your dedicated Account Manager and Technical Account Manager.

They'll guide you through the onboarding process. They’ll also provide ongoing support throughout your partnership with ConnectSecure.

If you choose not to become a ConnectSecure partner, the data in your instance will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to return. After the 30-day retention period, your instance data will be deleted.
